Funniest things seen at Stoke

Most recent one for me was the incredulous laughter and general light hearted murmurings around the ground when they announced Romaine Sawyers as the sponsors man of the match. I think it was against Blackburn and we lost 0-1 ( could be wrong)

He’d had an absolute shocker of a game, as had a few others, but Sawyers was the standout walking disaster that match.

Yeah it was Nello. The players of both sides actually arranged for Nello to score, presented him with the golden opportunity… and he missed !

Pottermus being flagged offside and subsequently being sent off ..oh and he once came 7th in the player of the season comp , when he wasn’t even included on the voting list
